Account, booking, payment, or safety

Privacy and account deletion
Email support@acefolk.com from the address linked to your account. You can request deletion in the app if that feature is available to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle requests and retain records.
Consumer grievance
Email support@acefolk.com with “Consumer grievance” in the subject. Include a booking reference if there is one. We will review your message under applicable law.
General business enquiries
Email hello@acefolk.com for partnerships or other general questions.
Keep your message safe: include enough information to identify the issue, but do not send passwords, full card numbers, or identity documents by ordinary email. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then report the incident when it is safe.
